What happens to my money if the challenge fails?

The money is held on the platform balance through Stripe. The streamer is paid only after the result is confirmed. If they decline, do not answer within 48 hours, or miss the condition, the prize amount goes back to your card. The card processing fee is not refunded.

How is the result checked?

PUBG is checked against PUBG API match data, Dota 2 against OpenDota. For CS2 and other games the streamer submits a stream VOD with a timecode. After a submission you have 48 hours to dispute it; an admin resolves disputes.

Is this betting?

No. There are no odds and no play against other viewers. You pay a prize for meeting a condition, and the outcome depends on how the streamer plays.

Who pays the fees?

The 10% platform fee comes out of the streamer's payout and is never added on top. You can cover the card fee (about 2.9% + $0.30) at checkout; otherwise it is deducted from the streamer's payout.

Which payment methods work?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe. All amounts are in US dollars.

When does a refund arrive?

Refunds start automatically after a cancellation or expiry. Banks credit the card within 5–10 business days.

Which achievement will you set?
